Olga Belikova
I came to Step Up in September 2009 (then it was known as ROOF). It was my third, and favourite, job (before then I worked in a rural school for two weeks and spent a year in the editorial offices of an oil and gas magazine). At Step Up I began working as a secretary and coordinator for the site – then PR manager and English teacher. Now I only teach English.
I love Step Up for its freedom and the absence of control – and also because wonderful people work and study here. I like photography, collecting, and blessed idleness. I love nature, people, good books and films and travelling. I am learning to be a good teacher.
