Irina Ladygina
I graduated from Moscow State University’s history faculty with a red diploma and I have been lucky with my choice of profession – I love my work. I have linked my life, my career and periods in various respected educational establishments with teaching history to orphans. I don’t like using approaches devised by other people – I like creating my own. I prefer teaching without being taught. I love studying and I love my students.
I try and teach different people in different ways – taking into account their temperament and life experience. Making the subject real. I teach lessons in the form of a workshop where we research a subject together – each person has their own task, each person works at their own pace and each person must achieve something. I am convinced that intellectual development solves a host of other problems.
