Shrove Tuesday at the Step Up Centre
One of the Step Up Centre’s special traditions is to celebrate birthdays and festivals together. On 10th March we celebrated Shrove Tuesday with a pancake contest and of course, pancake tasting.
Our pancakes had lots of different fillings and were prepared in advance by one of our students, Vladimir.
Our physics teacher, Ekaterina Tatarinova, won the pancake contest. It was such a lovely family day, so warm and delicious – which is exactly why we love Shrove Tuesday!
