Distance Learning
Distance learning is a new direction for the Centre and is currently in its developmental phase. In the modern era, education can be received from anywhere in the world. Thanks to this, Step Up’s successful work with residents and graduates of orphanages and institutions can be applied from a distance to fulfil educational, developmental, and socialisation goals.
Our distance learning programme, which will be realised in cooperation with the Volunteers Helping Orphans charity, aims to give social and educational support to children in orphanages in the Moscow region.
The social and educational support on offer includes regular lessons divided up by school subject (algebra, geometry, physics, chemistry, biology, Russian or foreign languages) and taught via the Internet (Skype-lessons) by qualified teachers from Step Up.
We are always open to possibilities for cooperation and new suggestions. And we would be happy to hear from teachers who would like to take part in this programme.
