Trip to Tarusa
On June 27th we all went on a trip to Tarusa.
The excursion was wonderful and neither dismal weather, nor a long drive to the town could dampen our spirits.
We managed to visit all the significant sites in the town — the Tsvetaeva family museum, Paustovsky’s house, the town cemetery and the banks of the river Oka.
The picnic with barbecued sausages was a success, and at the end of it we took some great pictures of all of us wearing our new orange T-shirts with cool designs from Bureau Verstak!
After that day the summer holidays officially started for most Step Up students — while a few others were due to go to the volunteer summer camp in Belskoye Ustye.
