Artists invited to Giving Tuesday
On 29th November the Step Up Centre will join the worldwide movement Giving Tuesday.
For the first time, this worldwide charity day will make its way to Russia, despite the fact that the initiative began in 2012 and 71 countries already take part.
On this day, charity events are held all over the world: flash mobs, volunteer campaigns and more. Anyone can take part!
On Giving Tuesday we will be holding a workshop “Birdhouses in artists’ hands” and we will spend the day having fun in the Centre – we will decorate wooden birdhouses and feeding troughs, turning them into masterpieces so that each of them becomes a decoration in a courtyard or allotment. They will be real finds at the Heart-to-Heart Market, and excellent New Year gifts for yourself or your friends, thanks to the Hands from There workshop.
All are welcome: artists, designers, anyone who loves art and who can work wonders with a paintbrush!
