We believe that corporate social responsibility should be integrated into a company’s business strategy, but that volunteering by employees is a question of personal choice. Therefore, our corporate volunteering programmes are designed to cater to different interests, talents and time constraints.

Our principles:

  • We strongly encourage pro bono volunteering: expert help that uses your professional knowledge and skills. For example: legal advice, translation, financial audits, event management or design work.
  • We do not give commissions; we provide objectives. For us it is important to work with people who will actively realize their ideas, propose innovative solutions and drive forward new activities.
  • We believe in development. Step Up’s programmes are long-term and we are not engaged in a fruitless search for easy victories. At the same time, all our work is orientated towards future results.
